JUMP is protected by an Authorisation procedure. A time limit is imposed on each individual session and all save functions plus tracks 3, 6, 9 and 12 and sections I, J, K and L are disabled until JUMP is Authorised. To Authorise your copy of JUMP run the demo on the computer you will be using and perform the following steps...

Request an Authorisation Key

  1. Click on the Options button.
  2. Select Authorisation... from the pop-up menu.
  3. Carefully note the 8 character "Request Code" (e.g. 3847L4DC).
  4. Visit the www.hardnote.com website.
  5. Click on Buy and follow the online instructions.

After your payment is processed you will receive an 8 character "Authorisation Key" by email.

Enter the Authorisation Key

  1. When you receive the Key, click on the Options button.
  2. Select Authorisation... from the pop-up menu.
  3. Carefully enter the Key into the "Key:" text field.
  4. Click OK.

Authorisation Problems

In the unlikely event that Authorisation fails, try carefully re-entering the Key. If this doesn't solve the problem then email the "Authorisation Error Code" to support@hardnote.com.

We apologise for the hassle that Authorisation causes legitimate users. We will happily provide any reasonable number of additional Keys to genuine customers as they are required.
